TelNet announces the extension of services on the Hitachi HCX brand of Hospitality PBX and products

Worthington, Ohio

Realizing the Hitachi PBX delivers all features needed for the hotelier, TelNet will begin offering partial to full service contracts on the Hitachi HCX product through 2015.

“We have installed many ‘next generation IP solutions’ in hotels as of late, but still can not see the benefit over the Hitachi system”, stated Rob Gower, TelNet’s service center manager. The cost savings alone warrants continued use of this well engineered product.

TelNet’s experience and unique ability to store and transfer program data in the PBX assures hoteliers that the product will work, and can be repaired in the case of failure. TelNet’s database library stores core system data from individual systems in a secure environment. If catastrophe strikes, replacement equipment and backup software can be implemented within hours.

TelNet has one of the largest inventories of parts and backup software in the US and presently maintains over 500 Hitachi HCX systems.
