TelNet signs a maintenance agreement with Shaner Hotel Group to provide services and support across Shaner’s portfolio of high end hotels. This includes the addition of several new properties to open in 2009. Stephen Murgas, CTO for Shaner, stated that the decision to move its telephony support to TelNet has yielded a positive result in tough economic times. “We see this move as cost savings to our operations which allows us to focus our IT resources on other initiatives, contributing to guest satisfaction”.
